Middle Barton Garage has been working over many months to establish a range of Pertronix electronic ignition kits for Italian cars. Although we have yet to receive the full range of kits, sales have been brisk for those already stocked. This system is extremely simple, easy to fit and ultra reliable. There are no external electronic boxes or excess amounts of cabling. The outward appearance of the distributor and ignition system remains unchanged.
Middle Barton Garage can currently supply Pertronix ignition kits for the following vehicles:
Fiat 500, Fiat 126 (Italian production), Fiat X19 and 128, Fiat 124 Spider, Alfa Romeos 105 series (Bosch distributors all types), Abarth TC Corsa, TCR and Bialbero (Bosch competition distributors)
We are waiting for a kit specifically designed for the Polish production 126 engine, which is retro fitted to many Fiat 500.
